Abstract
This study specifically examines the strategy of PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers in instilling religious values in students of state junior high schools in the Kelapa District, West Bangka Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies used in instilling religious values in students at Kelapa State Junior High School. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach in field research. The methods used in data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. The research concludes that Islamic education teachers must implement the appropriate strategy for instilling religious values to achieve these goals. a. Developing the habit of cultivating 3S—Greetings, Smiles, Greetings; b. Providing direct examples of positive behavior for students to emulate; c. Behaving respectfully wherever and whenever; d. Giving explanations about the importance of having ethical morals. Give an explanation about the importance of having ethical morals, and give an understanding of how important it is to be respectful and have ethical morals to teachers, parents, friends, and the environment.
