PENDEKATAN HOLISTIK DALAM PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM
Abstract
Education is urgent. The education can humanize the human life. The Muhammadanism make the education compulsory. Islamic study at school is an implementation of Islamic education. Learning process isnot only focus to expand the cognitive competence. But, the education is also purposed holistically to implant the loyalty to Allah. This paper describes about the importance of holistic education, especially in Islamic Study. By Curriculum 2013 (K13), learning process is conducted to implement four competences, i.e. spiritual, social, knowledge, and skill. Generally, K13 intents on implant an Aqidah Tauhid concept correctly, understanding of natural phenomena, and humanlife phenomena. Practically, Islamic study improves the human holistically, i.e. to prepare the student who has a high skill, intelligent man, technologically, faithful, and good charitable. The K13 is an answer of the importance of holistically education in Indonesia.
