This research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, library staff, and students at SDN 10 Pangkalpinang. The researcher used both primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. In this study, researchers used the Miles and Huberman model data analysis procedure. The data obtained were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (a) students are more active and involved in the learning process, which is reflected in their participation in discussions, questions, and group work. (b) Different teaching methods in differentiated learning, such as presenting content with videos, projects, or creative assignments, can positively affect students' learning activities. (c) Efforts to overcome obstacles include involving class associations, alumni, and companies to help implement an activity, providing training to teachers to better understand differentiated teaching strategies, and providing additional time to students who need help. This research is very important for educators and education policymakers to consider the importance of implementing differentiated learning strategies in an effort to improve the quality of education at a higher level. This research is field research with a qualitative descriptive research type. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, and students of SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang. The data used by researchers are primary and secondary. The methods used in data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. In this study, researchers used the Miles and Huberman model data analysis procedure. The data obtained were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Based on the research, it is concluded that (a) the structure of the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum at SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang has differences in terms of lesson hours, hour-setting policies, and subject groupings. In addition, the basic competencies in the 2013 Curriculum are quite dense, covering the basic competencies for knowledge and skills with themes that have been determined by the government. Meanwhile, the subject matter in the Merdeka Curriculum is essential material, with a more flexible allocation of hours arranged by the school. (b) The teaching and learning process in the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum at SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang has differences. The 2013 Curriculum is implemented thematically with an assessment per lesson, while the Merdeka Curriculum is implemented with a subject approach. The learning methods and media used are quite varied, both in the 2013 Curriculum and the Merdeka Curriculum. (c) Assessment in the 2013 Curriculum and Merdeka Curriculum at SD Negeri 6 Pangkalpinang has differences. The 2013 Curriculum uses minimum completion criteria with the principle of completeness in learning where aspects of attitude, knowledge, and skills are differentiated in assessment. Meanwhile, the Merdeka Curriculum uses the criteria for achieving learning objectives with a differentiation strategy based on a combined assessment of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. As a form of addressing the phenomenon of the use of devices by children in depth, researchers conducted research at SD Negeri 10 Pangkalpinang. This research aims to: 1) know the form of character building in students at SD Negeri 10 Pangkalpinang through the wise gadget program; 2) know the significance of wise habituation in using gadgets with the character of students at SD Negeri 10 Pangkalpinang. This research uses qualitative methods; data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. Reducing, presenting, verifying, and validating the collected data are all parts of data analysis. The results showed: 1) The form of character building in SD Negeri 10 Pangkalpinang students through the wise program includes vision and mission, curriculum, lesson plans, learning activities, self-development, P5, and extracurricular activities; 2) The significance of wise habituation in using gadgets with the character of students of SD Negeri 10 Pangkalpinang, including the support of facilities and infrastructure, school achievements, educators and education personnel, and the condition of students who are quite good at using gadgets. The use of technology-based devices can still balance good character so that students are wiser when utilizing devices in everyday life. The characters that are realized in the wise gadget program include religion (morals), integrity, and independence. Researchers see that the school has made efforts to overcome the negative impact of gadgets. To ensure the fulfillment of children's rights, it is imperative to establish an education system that can effectively generate a conducive learning environment. SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang and SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang are educational institutions that have adopted the Child Friendly School program in order to ensure that children have access to high-quality education and their rights are upheld. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation mechanism and endeavor to meet the components of child-friendly schools in SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang and SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang with more scrutiny. This study employed a descriptive-qualitative methodology. Data collection employed approaches such as observation, interviews, and documenting. In addition, the acquired data was evaluated utilizing the Miles and Huberman analytical model, which encompasses data gathering processes, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion derivation. The data validity test employed both source triangulation and technique triangulation methodologies. The present investigation yielded the subsequent findings: (1) The implementation process of the Child-Friendly School program in SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang and SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang consists of four stages: preparation through socialization, planning by creating an innovative program, implementation by executing the innovative program, and monitoring and evaluation by engaging the school's internal team. (2) SD Negeri 30 Pangkalpinang and SD Negeri 37 Pangkalpinang have successfully met all six indicators of child-friendly schools. Regarding the challenges encountered by the education sector in the age of globalization and substantial technical advancements, The implementation of a curriculum approach is essential in order to effectively address the advancements in globalization, democratic society, and the proactive response to the progress of information and science. The implementation of a curriculum is crucial in education to foster a productive, efficient, and innovative learning experience. The objective of this study was to assess the teacher's comprehension of the ISMUBA curriculum in the context of the teaching and learning process. In Islam, religious knowledge (IMTAK) and general science (science and technology) are not considered independent entities, as they both originate from the same source, which is Allah SWT.
