The mobilizing teacher also has the ability to develop innovative and creative learning strategies so that PAI learning becomes more intriguing and meaningful for students. Therefore, conducting research on the role of mobilizing teachers in enhancing PAI learning motivation is crucial. We anticipate that this research will aid in the advancement of Islamic education theory and practice in Indonesia, thereby enhancing the quality of Islamic education and bolstering students' learning motivation. In learning Islamic religious education, it is also necessary to promote the contribution of teachers to increase students' learning motivation. Teachers' contributions to enhancing PAI learning motivation on Bangka Island can lead to modifications in learning strategies, thereby significantly boosting student motivation. This type of research involves collecting data directly from informants, specifically PAI teachers who have taken on the role of mobilizing teachers at SDN 6 Riau Silip Bangka and SMAN 1 Koba Central Bangka. We employed a descriptive qualitative research method, utilizing both primary and secondary data. The findings demonstrated the role of activist teachers in enhancing PAI learning, as demonstrated by their shift in perspective towards student-centered learning and their ability to foster a positive learning environment, thereby boosting student motivation in PAI learning. This suggests that the more PAI teachers participate in the Mobilizing Teacher program, the greater the potential for significant changes in PAI learning. PAI teachers who have become teacher activists are more active in the learning community, sharing best practices with their colleagues and accepting opportunities to become principals. This research aims to analyze the zoning system policy in the distribution of study groups in Pangkalpinang City State Middle Schools. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the zoning system policy at Pangkalpinang City Public Middle Schools has not been fully effective in evenly distributing study groups. This is caused by several factors, including: Uneven population distribution, different school capacities, student interests and abilities, PPDB policies that are not yet completely consistent. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the zoning system policy needs to be evaluated and improved so that it is more effective in distributing study groups in Pangkalpinang City State Middle Schools. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategies used in instilling religious values in students at Kelapa State Junior High School. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach in field research. The methods used in data collection are observation, interview, and documentation. The research concludes that Islamic education teachers must implement the appropriate strategy for instilling religious values to achieve these goals. a. Developing the habit of cultivating 3S—Greetings, Smiles, Greetings; b. Providing direct examples of positive behavior for students to emulate; c. Behaving respectfully wherever and whenever; d. Giving explanations about the importance of having ethical morals. The study employs a qualitative methodology within the context of field research. The findings revealed that the book "Aqidatul Awam" served as a tool for teaching Islamic values. The Hidayatussalikin Pangkalpinang is Islamic. Religious activities such as prayer, dhikr, reading al-Qur'an, studying tafsir, learning about prophets and messengers, studying hadith, reading Surah Al-Mulk, Yasin, Al-Kahfi, Ar-Rahman, Al-Waqi'ah, Tahlilan, and fasting facilitated the teaching of these values. Factors such as adequate facilities and prasana, teacher cohesiveness, and a background aligned with their duties support the values outlined in the book 'Aqidatul-'Awam in Hidayatussalikin Pangkalpinang Islamic boarding school. Adapun yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini ialah Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri Pangkal Pinang sudah menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis digital tetapi masih kurang bervariasi. Karena hanya mendonwload saja terkadang di modifikasi. Akan tetapi sebelum proses pembelajaran guru PAI di SMA Negeri Pangkal Pinang melakukan <em>ice breaking </em>terlebih dahulu agar pembelajaran menarik dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: Kreativitas Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam menggunakan bahan ajar berbasis digital dalam proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri Pangkalpinang.</p> <p>Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendapatkan data dan mengumpulkan data-data yang sesuai dengan kenyataan di lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data di lapangan, peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Kegiatan ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Bentuk-bentuk kreativitas yang dimiliki guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri Pangkalpinang, antara lain: a) kreativitas dalam mengoptimalkan pembelajaran; b) kreativitas dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran; c) kreativitas dalam menggunakan media teknologi; d) kreativitas dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran; e) kreativitas dalam mengembangkan sumber belajar; f) kreativitas dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar; dan g) kreativitas dalam melakukan evaluasi. 2) Jenis bahan ajar berbasis digital yang digunakan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Negeri Pangkalpinang meliputi: bahan ajar display yaitu modul ajar yang diambil templatenya di <em>google</em> ataupun di PMM (<em>Platform Merdeka Mengajar</em>) kemudian dirubah dan dikreasikan sesuai masing-masing tergantung dengan materinya. Selain itu juga menggunakan bahan ajar interaktif berupa video pembelajaran yang dibuat dengan animasi dari canva, bahan ajar berbasis web, dan <em>blogger</em>. Dan 3) Kreativitas guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam penggunaan bahan ajar berbasis digital di SMA Negeri Pangkalpinang ialah dikatakan sangat kreatif dalam menggunakannya. Karena semuanya berusaha berani tampil dengan baik dan fleksibel dengan melihat situasi dan kondisi peserta didiknya.</p> <p> </p> <p>This research examines the Creativity of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in the Use of Digital-Based Teaching Materials at SMA Negeri Pangkalpinang. The background of this research is that Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMA Negeri Pangkal Pinang have already been using digital-based teaching materials, but they are still lacking in variety. Because it's only downloaded, it sometimes gets modified. However, before the learning process, the PAI teacher at SMA Negeri Pangkal Pinang conducts an ice-breaking session first to make the learning interesting and enjoyable. This research aims to describe: The creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers using digital-based teaching materials in the learning process at SMA Negeri Pangkalpinang.</p> <p>This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to obtain data and collect data that aligns with the reality in the field. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. For data analysis in the field, the researcher used qualitative descriptive analysis techniques based on the Miles and Huberman model. This activity includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification.</p> <p>The results of this study show that: 1) The forms of creativity possessed by Islamic Education teachers at SMA Negeri Pangkalpinang include: a) creativity in optimizing learning; b) creativity in using teaching methods; c) creativity in using technology media; d) creativity in using learning models; e) creativity in developing learning resources; f) creativity in developing teaching materials; and g) creativity in conducting evaluations. 2) The types of digital teaching materials used by Islamic Education teachers at SMA Negeri Pangkalpinang include: display teaching materials, which are teaching modules taken from templates on Google or PMM (Platform Merdeka Mengajar) and then modified and created according to each teacher's material. In addition, it also uses interactive teaching materials in the form of learning videos created with animations from Canva, web-based teaching materials, and bloggers. And 3) The creativity of Islamic Religious Education teachers in using digital-based teaching materials at SMA Negeri Pangkalpinang is said to be very creative in their use.
