The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documentation. The analysis technique used by researchers is through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that multicultural-based education through visits to places of worship for children aged 5-6 years includes three stages including: Planning stage, the teacher prepares everything that needs to be prepared for multicultural-based learning activities through visits to places of worship. In the second implementation stage, the teachers carried out as stated in the planning. In the third stage of evaluation, the teacher assesses by observing and taking notes and then adjusting to the aspects being assessed. With multicultural-based education through visits to places of worship for children aged 5-6 years, children can accept the differences that exist around them, such as differences in religion, social status or caste, race and culture. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that seeks the influence of kokoru media on the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years at the Pangkalpinang Pasir Putih Development Kindergarten. By collecting data through documentation and questionnaires, the data collection technique was then tested using the data normality test and the non-parametric U Mann Whitney test. The results of this research show that there is an influence of kokoru media on the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years at the Pangkalpinang Pasir Putih Development Kindergarten. Where Kokoru media has an effect on improving fine motor skills, this can be seen from the results of non-parametric tests using the Mann Whitney U test which obtained Sig results. 0.000 &lt; 0.05 which means the hypothesis is accepted. Self-confidence is a child's basic capital for living everyday life. A child's lack of self-confidence results in the child's abilities not developing. Giving rewards is considered effective in increasing children's self-confidence. This research aims to determine the effect of giving rewards on the self-confidence of group B children at KB PAUD Mekar Sari Kundi. This research uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. The form of experiment used is Quasi Experimental Design with a Nonequivalent Control Group design. The research population was all group B children at KB PAUD Mekar Sari Kundi, totaling 40 people with the sampling technique using saturated sampling. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. The instruments in this research used observation sheets and assessment rubrics. Data validity uses construct validity. Data analysis techniques use statistical tests, namely normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests using the Independent Sample T-Test. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 22 software. The research results show that giving rewards can increase children's self-confidence. This can be seen from the results of the Independent Sample T-Test which shows that the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 where 0.000 &lt; 0.05 with an error level of 5%, meaning H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Hal ini disebabkan anak belum maksimal dalam membaca serta mengeja huruf yang ditampilkan guru. Beberapa anak terlihat bingung membedakan huruf tertentu dan terlihat ragu saat anak disuruh melakukan untuk membentuk huruf tertentu. Untuk mendukung peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal huruf guru dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran. Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti yaitu penelitian kualitatif metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu wawancara yang mendalam kepada guru kelas di kelompok A. Serta diperkuat dengan observasi dan dokumentasi kegiatan saat penelitian. Subjek penelitian yaitu berjumlah 14 anak. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan huruf amplas dalam pengenalan huruf alfabet pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Kasih Ayu Desa Kelapa Kecamatan Kelapa terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu: a) Tahap Perencanaan, b) Tahap pelaksanaan, dan c) Tahap evaluasi. The parenting style of parents is something that must be applied to children and is relatively consistent at all times. This can be felt by all children, whether they have positive or negative values. The background for the researcher in writing this thesis is based on the results of observations in the fishing environment of 2 Sungailiat, especially in RT 05, where it turns out that many parents still don't know or don't understand how their children's social behavior is and there is also a lack of parental understanding regarding application of parenting patterns to children. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with research subjects of 7 children aged 5-6 years and their parents. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used by researchers is data reduction or selecting data that is considered important. Then the important data is presented so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of this study show that the social behavior of children aged 5-6 years in the Fisherman 2 environment looks diverse. And the parenting style applied by parents to children aged 5-6 years in the fishing environment of 2 RT 05 of the 7 subjects, 3 parents applied democratic parenting, 2 parents applied authoritarian parenting and 2 parents applied permissive parenting. This is vital if a child does not block out all that he has. Furthermore, the importance of gender equality in education is not to cause gender bias when the child grows up. In this regard parents have a crucial role in influencing the creation of gender equality values in children. The study aims to find out how parents play a role in instilling gender equality in children of an early age in the garnered demolition village. It is a type of qualitative study using a descriptive approach. The data-collection technique used was observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis involves three stages of deemed important data reduction, after which you present selected data and can be drawn to a conclusion. Research shows that the role of parents in instilling gender equality in young children in pelangas village is: first, parents give children the opportunity to have equal access to education in both girls and boys and encourage children to engage in home activities regardless of their gender. Second, parents give both girls and boys the opportunity to participate in activities with their friends and to give children the opportunity to participate in society. Third, parents give both girls and boys the responsibility for the child's choice of decisions and give confidence in both the girl and the boy in controlling the activities of the child himself. Fourth, parents give both girls and boys the opportunity to engage in activities that benefit themselves and others.
