Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen tipe pre-eksperimental one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 7 orang peserta didik yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa skala prokrastinasi akademik, dan data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan rata-rata skor prokrastinasi akademik dari pretest sebesar 60,71 menjadi 34,57 pada posttest. Persentase penurunan mencapai 43,04%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik cognitive restructuring efektif dalam membantu peserta didik mengubah pola pikir negatif atau irasional menjadi lebih positif dan adaptif, sehingga mampu mengurangi kecenderungan menunda penyelesaian tugas-tugas akademik. Stres merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi <em>wellbeing.</em> Strategi yang digunakan untuk menghadapi stress yaitu strategi <em>coping.</em></p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strategi <em>emotion focused coping</em> yaitu strategi yang berfokus pada pengelolaan emosi. Strategi ini dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami, menerima emosinya, mengembangkan keterampilan regulasi emosi, dan membangun hubungan yang lebih baik dengan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini sebagai bentuk alternative yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan wellbeing siswa yang mengalami stress dengan strategi emotion focused coping, sehinga siswa dapat meningkatkan kesejahateran psikologis. Adolescents often feel pressured to have the latest items to meet the expectations of their peers and their social image. Consumerist culture links self-worth to ownership of goods, which can lead to wasteful behavior and psychological disorders such as anxiety. Social media exacerbates this situation by creating standards that are difficult to achieve, increasing the fear of missing out (FOMO) among adolescents. The increasingly rampant consumerist culture among adolescents has a serious impact on their moral, social, and psychological development. Consumerist behavior is carried out by adolescents because they rely on style and always want to follow the latest trends, they are not yet able to manage their finances and are not yet able to control their desires, they have high egos, always follow fashion for prestige, and have a tendency to try new things. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a correlation research type. The sample used in this study was 30 (thirty) students of SMAN 1 Pangkalpinang. The data collection method in this study used a Likert scale. The tool used is the consumer behavior scale. The lives of young children today have changed in several ways as a result of this. The digital era offers advantages and disadvantages.</em> <em>Technological developments are increasingly rapid in the digital age today, causing the values that are born, both positive and negative also experience a tremendous surprise for humans. This research uses a descriptive approach with quantitative methods, namely describing parents' parenting patterns in educating children in the era of digital technology in Kotawaringin Village. The population in this study was all parents of children in Kotawaringin Village, totaling 73 people, and the sample in this study was all parents (fathers and mothers) of children in Kotawaringin Village, totaling 146 people. This research was carried out from November 13 to November 29 2024. The research instrument was a multiple choice questionnaire. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara regulasi diri dan stres kerja pada guru pembimbing khusus di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru pembimbing khusus di Kota Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 100 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 guru pembimbing khusus yang diperoleh dengan teknik studi populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala, yaitu Skala Regulasi Diri dan Stres Kerja. Uji korelasi <em>Pearson Product Moment </em>yang signifikan antara regulasi diri dan stres kerja (r = -548, p = 0,001). Semakin tinggi regulasi diri guru pembimbing khusus<em>, </em>maka semakin rendah stres kerja. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi diri, guru pembimbing khusus sebaiknya meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam menghadapi tekanan.</p> Exwati Mia Tari Th.
